This Access-based order and customer management system was designed to manage Lansing Uniform’s customer, order, and vendor information. The program allows for complete tracking of individual client measurements and alteration notes, customer ordering history and patterns, and automatically orders non-stock items from multiple vendors. The program allowed the local business to absorb a significant increase in customer sales without adding any staff. The reporting includes specialized shipping and packing documentation and customized labels.
