Hard Scape Solutions This brochure was created for Hard Scape Solutions for the 2006 Lansing Home and Garden Show. The owner wanted to create something small that was both affordable to print and also an adequate representation of the quality of their work. They also printed the brochure in a larger format and used it for back drops in their booth. |

They were designed to establish a professional image for the companies and to convey a simple overview of the products and services that both companies offered, while showing consistency with the rest of their marketing materials. |

Gustafson Floor Source This brochure was created as a general overview of the products and services that Gustafson Floor Source offers to its customers. It also presents a brief history of the company and explains their commitment to customer service and quality. It was designed as part of a new marketing and advertising campaign that included multiple fliers, websites, time-lapse video and billboard advertisements. |

Smart Homes, Inc. This tri-fold brochure was designed for an offered package to existing customers during the 2005 holiday season. The front of the tri-fold integrates the "classic" bubbles that are part of the Smart Homes, Inc. marketing material. The brochure’s inside presents three available customer packages with visuals. |

Gustafson Floor Source This postcard was made for existing customers as a coupon for 20% off of Gustafson's new product offerings. It conveyed a simple message to draw customers in to the new retail storefronts and integrate with the rest of their marketing material. It was mailed to an existing customer list. |

Smart Homes, Inc. The site was created to showcase a variety of services for sophisticated/high income customers. The layout was done in CSS and the pop-out menu was done using Javascript and HTML. A Google search was added to the front page to assist customers who are looking for some quick information. |

ICCS The site was created for their customers in Saudi Arabia to be able to track shipments from the United States from ICCS, Inc. The site has a database back end that can easily be updated by the site owners and viewed (not edited) by their customers. |

Okemos Montessori Elementary
School The site was created as a redesign of an existing site. Smart Offices designed a new layout and copied existing content into the new design. The total cost for this update was less than $1000 and received high marks from the teachers and the school community. |

Neogen Corporation This custom application is a good example of how Smart Offices can create software solutions to marry separate data collection systems and reporting systems into one seamless solution. The MS-Access based system collects data files from Medical testing equipment, validates data integrity and then stores the results in a database. This database is then used for generating a host of customized reports for Neogen’s customers that could not be obtained in the existing software programs. No rekeying or additional data manipulation is required from the user in this solution! |

Peckham This Access-based application is used in all four divisions of the organization at multiple locations to collect, track, and report on Quality and Production data. The program uses an Access front end and a MS-SQL backend for managing the information. Features include Corrective and Preventative Action Reporting, Gage tracking, Work Order Management, Gage R&R calculations, Document Revision and Location Tracking, and APQP data management. |

Lansing
Uniform This Access-based order and customer management system was designed to manage Lansing Uniform’s customer, order, and vendor information. The program allows for complete tracking of individual client measurements and alteration notes, customer ordering history and patterns, and automatically orders non-stock items from multiple vendors. The program allowed the local business to absorb a significant increase in customer sales without adding any staff. The reporting includes specialized shipping and packing documentation and customized labels. |

Plus This custom document tracking system allows the law firm’s support personnel to manage the ever-increasing number of documents in the legal profession. The database records all customer information as well as associated documents that are kept on record. Streamlining this information and making it available to all personnel with associated rights significantly increased efficiency in the office. |
